What this platform is

CellPhone Jobs operates an online platform that offers short task assignments you complete on your own cell phone, typically 30 to 60 minutes a day. Workers are given assignments and asked to complete them to the instructions shown. Each accepted assignment earns a credit at the rate shown on the assignment screen.

What it is not

Working on this platform is not employment. Assignment credits are not a wage or a salary, no minimum amount of work is offered or guaranteed, and nothing here is an offer of a job with CellPhone Jobs or with any business that submits assignments.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and complete assignments honestly and yourself. One account per person. Accounts that submit automated, duplicated or deliberately falsified assignments may be closed and any unpaid balance voided.

The verification fee

Access to the platform carries a one-time charge of $19. It is a human verification fee: it confirms that a real person, and not a bot or a scripted sign-up, is behind the account. It is charged a single time, it is not a deposit, it is not held against your earnings, and it does not renew. It is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee described in our refund policy.

Balances and payment

A balance is created when an assignment is accepted. Balances are released under the terms shown at the time of release, which may include completing identity steps or a one-time release fee stated on the page before you pay. Pay rates and bonuses shown on the platform apply to the shift in which they are displayed.

Purchases and refunds

Any paid product sold through this site is covered by the refund policy stated at the point of sale. Where a 30-day money-back guarantee is stated, it is honored on request within 30 days of purchase.

Limits

The site is provided as is. To the maximum extent the law allows, CellPhone Jobs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
